Summary of the 2000 PWCA GENERAL ASSEMBLY - Chamonix

20H20, Start of the meeting – 71 members were present. - 226 pilots were member from the PWCA in 2000.

At the end of the report there were no questions from the pilots, we proceeded to a vote, he result was the following :

0 against the report,

0 abstention,

100% in favour.

• Olivier Burghelle presents the 99 accounts, and the 2000 and 2001 PWCA year budget. Vote on this reports :

97 % in favour,

03 abstentions.

• Election of the members :

The following members are stepping down and would like to be re-elected :

O. burgelle,

H. Bollinger,

M. Scheel.

S. Senior is resigning.

New applicants :

M. Syndergaard,

X. Murillo.

 The votes are the following :

O. Burghelle = 61 votes.

H. Bollinger = 53 votes.

M. Scheel = 48 votes.

M. Syndergaard = 47.

X. Murillo = 54 votes.

The new 2001 PWCA committee is composed of :

• Mandy van Oostendorp : Exec. Secr.
• Hans Bollinger : Member.

• Martin Scheel : Member.
• Xavier Murillo : Member.

• After the committee members elections, Yves Goueslain presents his report and the project for 2001 about the technical staff.

• Mandy will continue to manage all the administrative part as the Executive Secretary. For personal reasons she prefers to stop to be on all events.
  That means that unfortunately you will not see her so often. Her job will be divided between the TD and Christian Quest.

• Christian will be present on all events and will be in charge of the scoring, GPS control and the PWCA web site. He will also continue to develop our software.

• The TD will do his technical job with the organiser as usual. The committee would like to have new applicants for the job of Technical Delegate.
  If possible for next year we will try to have only one TD for all the events. But a person can apply for only one event. Send your bids to the secretary.
  The offer will be on our web site. The final decision will be taken during the next PWCA committee meeting that will take place in winter.

After all the votes, the meeting goes on with several questions from the pilots.
